What i liked most was the fact that what you offered was excellent. You offered a sumptuous breakfast for every taste, the bedding and the room were spotless, the use of space in the room was most efficient, your email instructions how to deal with the shuttle were intelligently oriented towards a customer unfamiliar with the airport, your WiFi worked well, and your desk staff were friendly, intelligent and surprisingly flexible. What you didn't offer (a restaurant, cushy room furniture, esthetically presented lobby) you chose not to offer, and that reflects a reasonable philosophy.

I loved my stay at the hotel. The staff welcomes you with a smile and ensures that your stay is perfect. I arrived after a long flight, and all I wanted was to rest. The beds are the most comfortable ever! And the pillows!! I always complain about hotel pillows, but these are the most comfortable in the world. They have coffee and tea available 24/7. The shuttle service works perfectly, both from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. If you want to rest after a long flight or need a hotel before your next flight, I 100% recommend this hotel.

The free shuttle service was great but unfortunately I wasn’t able to take advantage of the breakfast so no comment on that. The room amenities in wall dispensers were much appreciated (soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion). Everything was clean and comfortable.

Super comfortable beds, very nice and clean room. Not huge but the bathroom was spacious and everything in the room felt thoughtful. Great vibes in the common area. The breakfast was simple but nice. It was perfect for our overnight stay between flights!

From the moment you arrive the atmosphere feels like you're in a cozy family room. The front desk staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their face. I absolutely LOVE that you see the front desk as soon as you walk in. The shuttle driver was very courteous and fiendly, as well. The rooms were super clean and the decor was simple and relaxing. The king bed was very comfortable and the pillows were fabulous. There was a good variety of foods at breakfast. What a great place. Very highly recommend.

Room was very nice, well appointed. Lovely bathroom, nice colours in the room. All the staff from Gian at the frontdesk to cleaners and maintenance were friendly and attentive.

The staff were great. They were very friendly, patient and informative. They knew the answers to my questions without hesitation. They did their jobs efficiently. The breakfast was great. The parking was free which was not the case for other airport hotels I looked into. The decor was kind of a funky vibe. It was pretty cool. I didn't use the gym or pool but they were available.

Our stay was awesome. The breakfast options were fantastic! We loved that they were slightly different every day. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the amount of snacks and food in reception, since there aren't many restaurants in the area. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Loved the complimentary coffee. We'll definitely be back!

The location was a compromise to avoid the more expensive options right downtown, where our event was. I loved the practicality of the rooms - everything you needed was provided. The layout was simple, the hotel was very clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows weren't bad, either. I forgot to ever sign into the wifi, but we were really only there to sleep, honestly. The breakfast was just fine.
